At Thompson Technicians we are here to ensure our customers recieve the best solutions, and service for the repair and rebuild of their mining and construction equipment.  We strive to give our customers economical repairs but maintain a level of quality to ensure the longest possible service.

Our Business

Thompson Technicians was founded in 1988 by Bert Leslie to service the local logging industry and then grew in the 90's to service the mining industry.  Thompson Tech has grown on the basis of quality service and quality products.  This growth brought the addition of quality products like BTI equipment and now Ingersoll Rand Compressors and tools.  Thompson Tech has developed the ability to provide solutions to our customers problems.  We have become very skilled at "emergency" repairs working to get equipment back in service.

Who We Are

Kris Wilson P.Eng - President

After years working as an engineer in the aerospace field Kris has joined the Thompson Tech team. He is here to contribute the knowledge and skills learned in the repair and overhaul of gas turbine engines to provide solid solutions and support for the mining and construction industry.

Larry Galick - Manager

Larry has become the face and voice of Thompson Tech.  He is always there to greet customers with a smile and laugh; then find them that part that they couldn't find anywhere else.

Marla Anderlik - Accounting/Parts 

Marla brings her soft spoken demeanour and organizational skills to the team working to keep everything in the shop moving; helping to provide our customers with the best possible turn time on their repairs.
